Several years ago, we have started to design the next generation common rail fuel injection system for diesel engine. Exactly, when diesel-based car using common rail fuel injection system is started to be marketed in Indonesia.
The common rail fuel injection system in diesel car potentially make diesel engine is more environmental-friendly and comfortable to that using jerk-fuel injection system. However, in addition to such an excellence, the common rail fuel injection system needs better quality of fuel. In Indonesia, better diesel fuel has not available in many places yet.
The problem on common rail fuel injection system technology and fuel has got some response from various mechanics. The mechanics recommend the users of common rail fuel injection system diesel-engine cars to use better quality of fuel. The users of common rail fuel injection system diesel-engine cars, when they permanently use diesel fuel, should frequently perform fuel system checking. This raises question, whether common rail fuel injection system diesel-engine cars may have longer lifetime when using lower-quality fuel?
Time goes by; common rail fuel injection system diesel-engine cars can still use normal fuel with higher sulfur content. It has been proved that no problem occurs. Initially, designing the next generation common rail fuel injection system aims to solve the fuel availability issue. Over time, it changes to solve the problem on fuel injection system development. In the future, fuel injection system, nozzle diameter orifice will be narrowed to make it more environmental-friendly. The narrower diameter orifice is, the more easily orifice clogging occurs, particularly when alternative fuel, such as bio-diesel is used. This will be an interesting challenge.
After longtime process of designing next generation common rail fuel injection system, ultimately, now we are ready to offer it to prospective consumers. For further details, please open, “Products” page.
